 Argent Sale. Intentions nobles. SCHNAUTZI fait chauffer le dancefloor depuis 1998 et possède plus de casquettes qu’un routier américain des 80’s. Programmateur au Zoo / Usine à Genève, puis du festival Electron, mais aussi booker, animateur de podcast avec La Sélection sur Tsugi Radio et producteur depuis ses débuts, il lance son label en 2009. DIY dans le sang, SCHNAUTZI est ironique, énergique, coupé, décalé et diablement sincère. Les étiquettes ? Il s’en amuse et les détourne. Dancehall suant, House léchée, Drum and Bass sauvage et Techno de hangar, SCHNAUTZI triture les intensités avec maitrise, connaissance et authenticité. La piste de danse toujours calée dans le viseur, le sens de la fête savamment aiguisé ; une soirée avec notre ami pour la nuit c’est un Space Mountain d’émotions. Tropicales. Érogènes. Insolentes. Call 911 ! We’re going down. 

L’histoire d’André aka SCHNAUTZI commence bien avant internet et aurait bien pu s’arrêter en 2021, à la suite d’une grave maladie. Mais notre moustachu préféré n’avait pas dit son dernier mot. Remis sur pied, SCHNAUTZI le Warrior décide de rouvrir son ordinateur et la créativité revient ! Décomplexé, revitalisé, underground et ouvert, surtout et avant toute chose pour la passion, SCHNAUTZI compose des tracks à son image : pleines d’énergies, de knowledge et d’envie de faire danser son monde. And… It’s a BANGER ! Entouré de gens talentueux, il ose désormais toquer à la porte de ceux qui savent pour glaner retours et conseils judicieux. 

Passé le cap de la quarantaine, le Tom Selleck des bords du Rhône s’est expatrié avec sa famille à Lyon où il a trouvé un cadre à son image, tout en fraîcheur, inventivité et partage. Aujourd’hui, et plus que jamais en pleine renaissance créative, SCHNAUTZI enchaine les mixes et soirées, s’occupe personnellement du graphisme et de la curation totale de son label ARGENT SALE ; un outlet classieux et sans barrière, aux signatures hétéroclites, pour producteurs audacieux et sans peur tels que Psycho Weazel, Nic As Well FKA Lemonick, Submarine FM, Bauchamp ou TANZ/TANZ, to name a few.

Programmer at Zoo / Usine in Geneva, then Electron Festival, as well as booker, podcast host with La Selection on Tsugi Radio and producer from the outset, he launched his own label in 2009. DIY in its blood, SCHNAUTZI is ironic, energetic, sharp, offbeat and terribly sincere. Labels? He has fun with them and turns them on their head. Sweaty Dancehall, polished House, wild Drum and Bass and hangar Techno, SCHNAUTZI cranks up the intensity with mastery, knowledge and authenticity. With the dance floor always in his sight, and his sense of party finely honed, an evening with our friend for the night is a Space Mountain of emotions. Tropical. Erogenous. Insolent. Call 911! The story of André aka SCHNAUTZI began long before the internet and could well have ended in 2021, following a serious illness. But our favourite moustachio had not said his last word. Back on his feet, SCHNAUTZI the Warrior decides to reopen his computer and creativity returns! Uninhibited, revitalised, underground and open, especially and above out of passion, SCHNAUTZI composes tracks in his own image: full of energy, knowledge and the desire to make his world dance. 

And… It’s a BANGER! Surrounded by talented people, he now dares to knock on the doors of those in the know to glean feedback and sound advice. 

Having passed the milestone of forty, the Tom Selleck of the Rhône moved with his family to Lyon, where he has found a setting in his image, all freshness, inventiveness and sharing. Now, more than ever in full creative rebirth, SCHNAUTZI is busy with mixes and parties, and is personally in charge of the graphic design and curation of his label ARGENT SALE; a classy, no-holds-barred outlet for bold, fearless producers such as Psycho Weazel, Nic As Well FKA Lemonick, Submarine FM, Bauchamp and TANZ/TANZ, to name a few.
